What methods of payment do you accept?
-Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or any regular account payments accepted by PayPal.
-You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, but you may use yours if you have one.
How secure is this store?
-I use PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
-Your privacy is important to me! I will never sell your personal information to anyone or anything. Ever.
-All digital goods (including any printable items and PDF patterns) are for personal home use only.
-You may not use any of my digital goods to re-sell in whole or part. That means no selling items made from my patterns or printables, or re-selling my patterns/printable downloads as your own.
-You may not purchase patterns or printables for yourself and then share those downloads with your friends. You spent your hard-earned money on the pattern, it's only fair that your friends do the same, right? (That's a rhetorical question) You may, however, make something with my patterns or printables and then give that something to a friend as a gift. That’s a really nice thing to do :)
Return/exchange/refund policy?-ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
-All items ship from a smoke-free home but I DO have pets!
-I try my hardest to list accurate photos and descriptions of my products to ensure you’re buying exactly what you think you’re buying. If you have any questions about the details of an item, please feel free to email me before you purchase.
-Once a package reaches the post office, it is out of my hands. I’d like to think the post office takes the utmost care in how they handle packages, but they too are human. I am not responsible for damage caused by unkind shipping and handling, or packages that are lost.
-PRETTY PLEASE make sure the mailing address you provide me with is your current and correct address! I’m trust the fine folks at USPS to deliver your goods to you in a timely fashion, but that’s really hard for them to do if they have the wrong address!
